Accelerated Flight Training Academy offers flight training programs for the following certificates and ratings:

Accelerated Private Pilot Certificate

VIP ACCELERATED PRIVATE PILOT PROGRAM

Accelerated Flight Training Academy is located in always sunny Orlando Executive Airport. Our specialty is in ACCELERATED VIP FLIGHT TRAINING. Our techniques are proven to work and you will be scheduled for your FAA check ride in as little as 12 to 18 days (sometimes even less.) This is an ALL EXCLUSIVE TRAINING PROGRAM where you have one Instructor and one airplane for 8 hours per day (for 14 days.) Typically you will fly 4 to 5 hours per day and spend the rest of the time studying for the oral portion of the check ride, one on one with your Instructor.  Where most schools may offer this type of training, they later find themselves in trouble when they are actually dealing with it. Other schools tend to lose track of the student's training due to the complexity of an accelerated course. It's very common for instructors to skip lessons, or repeat lessons for accelerated students. More importantly, the school sometimes underestimates the dire necessity for a student to complete his/her training in a certain period of time, which causes the student to leave the school without being able to complete his/her training, only to have to come back at a later date to spend more money than planned for. We take great pride in what we do, and because of our experience and organizational skills, we have a 100% success rate of finishing on time in our accelerated flight training programs when the student is prepared, capable, and ready for the accelerated VIP program.

Accelerated Instrument Rating

VIP ACCELERATED INSTRUMENT RATING PROGRAM

Get your instrument rating in 10 days!

Our program is structured, efficient, and cost effective. You may fly your own aircraft or choose from our fleet. The VIP Program is one on one Instruction for 6 hours a day and you’ll learn real-world instrument flying while flying cross-country in the southeastern US. You’ll get 10 days of individualized experience for your training investment while you gain real confidence working the IFR system. If you’re a non-instrument rated pilot, you have undoubtedly experienced the frustration of canceling flights due to low ceilings or poor visibility. With the skills you’ll develop in instrument training, you’ll be able to control your airplane and navigate all the way to your destination without outside visual references, solely by reference to the flight instruments. The Instrument Rating will open up many more opportunities for you to fly without being grounded by weather. And in the process, you’ll become a more accurate, proficient, and safer pilot even when the weather is VFR. If you’re interested in getting your instrument in 10 days, this is the program for you. There are no tricks to this, the training is hard work, and requires your full attention and dedication to work. When you’re finished, you will have gained solid IFR experience. You’ll be amazed at how much you will learn. When you are not in the air, you will learn techniques that will simplify otherwise complex procedures such as procedure turns, holding pattern entries, and many others.

Flight Instructor Ratings

Accelerated Flight Training Academy offers advanced specialty         courses for the following certificates:

Certified Flight Instructor:

Becoming A Certified Flight Instructor

In order to obtain a Flight Instructor Certificate, you must hold a Commercial Pilot Certificate, and you must successfully pass the Fundamentals of Instructing (FOI), and Flight Instructor FAA Knowledge Test and a Practical Test. The Practical Test consists of an oral examination and a flight test.

Usually obtaining a job with an airline, corporate, or charter company, requires a lot more flight time and experience than the 200-300 hours of flight time gained while earning your ratings. One way to increase your flight time and experience is to become a Flight Instructor.

Flight Instructors teach at various levels. They offer primary instruction for the Private Pilot Certificate as well as more advanced instruction for a Commercial Certificate, Instrument Rating, Multi-Engine Rating, and Airline Transport Pilot Certificate. When you are teaching your students, you can log those hours as your flight time, and get paid for those hours, while you work as a Flight Instructor.

The job of Flight Instructor is considered a steppingstone to more lucrative positions. But some remain in the teaching field. If certain high standards are attained, they can qualify for the Federal Aviation Administrations (FAA) "Gold Seal", which identifies them as a superior teacher.
